Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to assist with the continental breakfast operation and greet guests with professionalism and friendliness.

You will maintain high quality standards, ensure safety and proper food handling, and be ready to help in other departments during peak times. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to respectful, inclusive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass certification from health department if required.
• Experience: Prior food handling experience preferred.
• Communicate effectively with other employees and guests.
• Follow instructions as directed.
• Ability to read, write and understand basic English.
• Ability to learn and apply safe food handling practices.
• Physical: lift 20 lbs frequently; lift, bend, crouch, stand and reach.
• Maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times.
• Responds appropriately to any requests or concerns.
• Follows all safe food handling procedures.
• Knowledgeable of all continental breakfast core items.
• Maintains breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.
• Informs management of guest-related problems and any shortages of core items.
• Knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.
• Must be able to work early morning shifts.
• During peak business times or during times of employee shortages, must be willing to assist with duties in other departments including housekeeping, laundry, and front desk.
• Maintains a clean lobby and breakfast area.
• Other duties as assigned.
