Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Peru is seeking a Complimentary AM Attendant to start mornings with warmth, coffee, and breakfast service. You’ll keep the dining area clean and stocked, prep items, and respond to guest questions with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities include fast plate clearing, maintaining buffet stations, and supporting the team with dishwashing and restocking as needed. This role is onsite in Peru, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcomes and local know-how for guests.
• Prepare and provide breakfast items while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas meeting brand standards.
• Clear tables quickly and refresh buffet stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests calmly and creatively.
• Collaborate with teammates to support dishwashing, restocking, and tidying.
