Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon is seeking a friendly Breakfast Server to join our team. You will take orders, explain menu items, and deliver prompt service to guests in a fast-paced hotel dining setting.

The role requires knowledge of the menu, courteous service, and a strong attention to hygiene and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking supplies, and ensuring accurate billing while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
• Attentive to detail and service-driven.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay to kitchen staff.
• Maintain familiarity with all menu items and bar offerings.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
• Clean designated areas and follow hygiene procedures during opening/closing.
• Refresh condiment sets at each table and ensure cleanliness.
• Set tables per policy, ensuring items are clean and intact.
• Keep storerooms stocked and organized.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish, balancing speed with guest experience.
• Present the bill and process payment according to venue procedures.
• Provide proactive, friendly guest assistance at all times.
