Job summary

Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center is seeking a Morning Barista Server for part-time hours. Starting at $15.15/hour plus gratuity, shifts are 5:00 AM–11:00 AM, two to three days per week.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of food and beverage experience and strong guest service skills. As a Bistro Café team member, you will take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and handle payments with the POS system, delivering a warm, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of food and beverage experience.
• Three or more months of previous restaurant experience.
• Ability to work 5AM–11AM, two to three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take service orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Check back frequently with guests to ensure needs are met.
• Post payments using the point-of-service computer system.
• Prepare checks for guests.
• Removes dishes and glasses from tables for washing.

The Bistro Café by Courtyard Marriott is a fast casual dining experience. We offer refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. You will welcome guests and deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, warm interactions, and a passion for great food.
