Job summary

Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a Bakery Prep Associate to help keep the bakery stocked, organized, and looking its best. You will prepare baked goods for sale, maintain attractive displays, and ensure fresh, quality products for customers.

Daytime availability is required. Prior bakery or food service experience is helpful but not necessary; we will train dependable individuals who enjoy working in a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Package and label baked goods accurately and neatly.
• Stock bakery shelves and displays throughout the day.
• Keep displays full, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with oven loading and other bakery tasks as trained.
• Rotate products and monitor freshness and quality.
• Remove products not meeting quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized prep and work areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Support the bakery team with daily production and stocking needs.
• Pitch in to help keep operations running smoothly.
