Bagel Brands is seeking a Baker to join our team in Houston, TX. Bakers start as early as 3 AM to ensure fresh bagels and pastries are ready for service. You will help with order taking, sandwich making, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and a commitment to high-quality food. Must be 18+, able to work varied hours, and pass a background check; driver’s license is preferred at some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license is preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich preparation to deliver guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow food safety practices.
• Work as part of a team to support guests and ensure a positive experience.
