Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members in Georgia. The role focuses on food preparation, assembly, and safe handling of ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work under an independent Operator, gaining experience, leadership development, and serving guests with Chick-fil-A standards. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with flexible scheduling, Sundays closed, and opportunities for scholarship support and career growth.

• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Support team with other duties as needed.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as neededKeep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
