Job summary

Assisting Hands Gulf Coast is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults in their homes in Florida. The role emphasizes comfort, dignity, and companionship, with a family-like culture that supports caregivers to succeed.

This is a full-time opportunity with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, health monitoring, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and accurate

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification
• TB Test or Chest X-ray and Physical Examination
• CNA License or HHA 75 Hours Certificate

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols

Education

CPR Certification
