Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray and physical exam completed.
• CNA license or HHA 75 hours certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols.
