Job Summary
The Medical Staff Coordinator assists in Medical Staff Departmental activities to ensure quality services for internal and external customers. Prepares meeting minutes and status reports; tracks actions and assignments to ensure completion; ensures committee actions are distributed to hospital staff in a timely manner. Coordinates administrative functions of the office.
Pay Range
Minimum $28.07 Midpoint $37.18 Maximum $46.31
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
- Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in an office or healthcare setting
Education
- Required: Associate Arts degree
- Preferred: Bachelors degree
Specialized Skills
- Required: Solid writing skills. Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Works well under pressure and with deadlines. Ability to manage many simultaneous projects autonomously and maintain strict confidentiality, detail oriented, well organized and able to prioritize.
