Location: Florence, KY (CVG 200)

Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

JOB SUMMARY

The Moonshine Technician I will support the Industrial Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control within the production site. Main responsibilities include assisting with layout and process changes in production and entering data into IE-related systems. Infrastructure modifications such as carts, tables, conveyors, etc., are also part of the role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in preparing areas for line moves or process changes.
2. Develop infrastructure equipment like carts, desks, fixtures, etc.
3. Support IE and IE Technicians with activities including area layout, tooling installation.
4. Follow all company security procedures.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
6. Manage time efficiently across multiple ongoing projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge Requirements:

• Understanding and application of industrial engineering tools (e.g., work measurement, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, basic CAD drawings).
• Attention to detail when updating systems.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Basic communication skills.
