Position Highlights:

4. Salary: $150/hour. Pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is offering an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a highly successful, long-standing pediatric hospitalist program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. PRN/moonlighting, part-time, and full-time Pediatric Hospitalist positions are available. Previous experience is a plus. PHM fellowship-trained and Pediatric Residency graduates are encouraged to apply.

We provide Well Newborn Care, Inpatient Pediatric Care, and co-manage PICU patients with on-call Pediatric Intensivists. Our clinical experience is diverse, working in consultation with a broad range of Pediatric Subspecialists. As part of the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance, we have access to Pediatric Subspecialists from University of Chicago Comer and Advocate Children’s Hospitals. Deliveries are primarily attended by our 24-hour in-house Neonatologist. In-house Anesthesia support is available 24/7. Edward Hospital also has a Pediatric Emergency Department staffed by Board Certified Pediatric Emergency Physicians. We have an on-campus affiliation with Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, providing mental health support for our patients.

Working at a single site in a supportive community fosters a close-knit team environment. Our small group size promotes camaraderie among colleagues. You will work a mix of 24-hour and day shifts, offering schedule flexibility.
