Job summary

TriSearch is seeking two experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our expanding team in Montgomery and Auburn, AL. This full-time, year-round opportunity offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week and a competitive pay range with a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment for high-end commercial customers. Valid driver's license and background checks required; on-call rotation every five weeks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician.
• Experience with commercial package units 15–50 tons is a plus.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service on Commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Work with others to solve customer issues, demonstrating strong communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
• Finish jobs professionally and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
• Be available for an on-call rotation every five weeks.

Pay:

$30 - $55 per hour + Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

• Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician.
• Experience with commercial package units ranging from 15 to 50 tons.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, and controls automation is preferred.
• Specific experience with Trane CGAM or similar screw/scroll compressor setups is highly desired.
• Certifications:
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
• Other:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
