Job summary

PSG sucht Monteur (m/w/d) für Drehkolbenpumpen in Bersenbrück. Sie montieren Pumpen nach Zeichnungen, führen Schweißarbeiten durch und prüfen komplette Aggregate in Funktions- und Testläufen. Im Einsatz sind Qualitätskontrollen, Wareneingangskontrollen und Verpackungsvorbereitung.

Zudem arbeiten Sie mit ERP-/Lagersystemen und tragen zur 5S-Verbesserung bei. Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung, lesen Zeichnungen sicher und arbeiten zuverlässig im Team.

Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau oder o. ä. abgeschlossen.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen von Zeichnungen und Stücklisten.
• Qualitätsbewusst, zuverlässig und teamfähig.

Responsibilities

• Montage von Drehkolbenpumpen inkl. Schweißarbeiten und kompletten Aggregaten nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen.
• Funktions- und Prüfstandläufe inkl. Dichtheitsprüfungen und Dokumentation.
• Kontrolle von Bauteilen und Baugruppen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Vollständigkeit & Funktion.
• Qualitätskontrollen in der Fertigung und Mitarbeit bei Abweichungsklärungen.
• Wareneingangskontrolle von Komponenten und Rohmaterial.
• Verpackung inkl. Versandunterlagen vorbereiten.
• Handling von Rohmaterial und Lagerbeständen mit ERP-/Lagersystem.
• Werkstattarbeiten und Reparaturen an Drehkolbenpumpen.
• Aktive Mitwirkung an 5S und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
