We are looking for a full-time Montessori toddler lead teacher for our toddler program.

Your Responsibilities:

• Train and guide new toddler students into the Montessori class environment, fostering a love for learning and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with each child, tailoring individualized learning plans that include milestones like potty training.
• Maintain a respectful and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Ensure the toddlers' safety and well-being throughout daily routines and activities.
• Supervise recess times to promote safe and enjoyable play.
• Maintain and clean the classroom to align with Montessori principles of order and care.

Your Qualifications:

• Certified Montessori teacher for ages 0-3, with certification from a recognized Montessori organization (AMS, AMI, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a toddler Montessori classroom is a plus.
• Alignment with our school’s mission and values, including fostering a nurturing and faith-filled community.
• A passion for guiding young children and supporting their developmental journey.
