Job summary

Learn And Play Montessori School at the Dublin Ranch Campus is seeking a full-time teacher to support a Montessori + STEM™ curriculum that fosters social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development in children.

You will create a safe, nurturing classroom, partner with families, and collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while adapting lessons to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
• 12 core ECE Units and Infant/toddler course completed.
• CDA Credential is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support enrollment, accreditation, growth and engagement with center staff and leadership.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Implement Montessori + STEM curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
