Job summary

Laramie Montessori School Inc seeks substitute teachers to join our Montessori program across PK-K, 1-3, and 4-6. The role supports individualized learning and hands-on activities in a collaborative, enriching environment.

School days run 7:30 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch; candidates must provide the Wyoming Substitute Teaching License and complete a background check with fingerprint cards.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wyoming Substitute Teaching License per Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board.
• Must obtain two fingerprint cards for a background check.
• Ability to work in a collaborative Montessori environment.

Responsibilities

• Substitute in PK-K, lower elementary (1-3), or upper elementary (4-6) under supervision.
• Support daily instruction and student engagement during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to maintain continuity of learning.

Requirements

Substitute teaching at Laramie Montessori school consists of teaming with another staff member in each classroom. We have three levels in which you might sub for

• Primary (PK-K)
• Lower elementary (1-3)
• Upper elementary (4-6)

Our school day begins at 7:30 am and concludes at 3 pm. Staff have a 30-minute duty free lunch.
