Responsibilities include assisting with lesson plans, maintaining student records, and communicating with families. Requirements: HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, love for children, and ability to lift and move children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• A genuine love of children.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull, and carry children.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to support and implement lesson plans
• Maintain accurate student records and assist with family communication
• Encourage positive self-image while supporting individuality, independence, and creativity
• Model appropriate social behavior and actively engage with students
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, trainings, and mentorship programs
