Base pay range

Full-Time, Salaried: $760/week (without Montessori certification) to $840/week (with Montessori certification)

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

As a Lead Teacher, you will create, implement, and supervise all lesson plans, activities, and routines for your classroom.

Specific duties include:

• Protecting children's health and safety
• Creating, implementing, and supervising all lesson plans, activities, and routines
• Promoting active engagement of all children with a positive attitude
• Responding calmly and consistently to challenging behavior
• Remaining actively engaged with children and classroom responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Montessori trained or willing to complete Montessori training within six months of hire
• One to two years of prior teaching experience, preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to meet licensing requirements and maintain necessary certifications
• Ability to observe, ask questions, listen actively, and give/receive feedback
• High energy, adaptability, assertiveness, and patience
