Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with Montessori emphasis.
• Montessori certification (AMI/AMS) or willingness to pursue certification.
• Experience with young children in a Montessori setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum for 3- to 6-year-olds.
• Create a warm classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
• Observe and assess progress, adapting lessons to individual needs.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure cohesive Montessori programming.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and participate in staff meetings.
