Qualifications

• 5+ years as a primary Montessori lead teacher/guide for ages 3-6.
• Track record of strong child outcomes as a teacher.
• Experience with educator coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom setup and design for child development needs.
• Coach Lead and Assistant Teachers to enhance practices.
• Engage in professional development and reflect on practices.
