Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Meets Washington State DCYF licensing requirements for lead teachers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities and lessons for toddlers in a Montessori-based classroom.
• Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Track and communicate each child's progress and milestones to families.
• Maintain classroom routines, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and school leadership.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and parents.
