You will plan, deliver activities, and use growth data to tailor instruction, ensuring readiness for kindergarten while supporting cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.

Qualifications

• Three+ years as Lead Teacher in Montessori primary (ages 3–6).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent classroom experience required.
• AMI/AMS or MACTE-accredited diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a classroom of up to 20 children and coach peers.
• Use Montessori curriculum and assessments to guide planning.
• Maintain a safe, engaging Montessori environment.
• Communicate regularly with families on child progress.
• Collaborate with Assistant Teacher and report to Head of School.
• Provide professional development and mentorship in credential program.
