Job summary

Montessori Unlimited in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Lead Teacher for our authentic Montessori preschool. You’ll create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You’ll foster the social, physical, and intellectual growth of mixed-age classes and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s success and growth in a collaborative center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
