Job description

Infant/Toddler Teacher Montessori Certified (0-3 years) or 2-3 years experience in Montessori Infant/Toddler classroom under a certified teacher.

Hours: Monday through Friday Full-time 8:30a to 3:30p, or Part-time 8:30am to 1:00pm

The Peace Rose Montessori School is seeking an AMS/AMI or MACTE accredited Montessori certified teacher in 0-3. If not Montessori certified, must have at least 2 years of experience working in a Montessori environment and/or with children under 3 years old.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead Infant/Toddler Montessori classroom: create lesson plans, record progress, set up your classroom environment, and hold weekly meetings with assistants, and parent communication.
2. Train assistants in the Montessori curriculum.
3. Experience working with younger children and/or babies.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Updating the Transparent Classroom Communication app.
6. Creating and maintaining a clean and prepared environment.

3. 2 years experience working with ages 0-3 years of age.
