We are conducting a search for three Montessori 0 – 3 guides to lead their own infant or toddler classrooms serving children from 10 weeks to 18 months of age as part of our expansion. Through your efforts, children will fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori.

• Have earned a MACTE-recognized assistants to infancy (0 - 3) diploma;
• Are experienced working with children aged 10 weeks - 18 months of age; and
• Are available to join us in August 2025.

We would prefer you over other candidates if you:

• Live in Southern California;
• Have earned a bachelor's or master's degree in any subject;
• Have three or more years’ experience as a Montessori guide;
• Have an AMI assistants to infancy (0 - 3) diploma;
• Are a fluent Spanish speaker;
• Are a US citizen or green cardholder; and/or
• Have interesting hobbies, skills, and life experiences.
