Spring Education Group is seeking a dedicated Float Assistant Teacher for our Montessori-inspired classrooms. This full-time, year-round position supports a nurturing, peaceful learning environment and collaborates with a caring team to foster growth in young children.

You will model kindness, support transitions, and help with language and social-emotional development, while preparing materials and promoting independence in early learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 ECE units required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Must meet state education/licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth transitions throughout the day.
