As a teacher, you will guide learners through hands-on activities, adapt methods for diverse learners, and collaborate with families and staff to uphold Montessori principles in a multi-age setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with endorsements for appropriate grade and subject levels.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with MTTC endorsement pathway.
• Proven knowledge of curriculum and subject area to be taught.
• Ability to use technology as an instructional tool and for data analysis.
