Job summary

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and families.
Experience working with young children in childcare or school settings.
Background check and fingerprinting as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Guide in maintaining a calm, clean Montessori classroom environment.
Observe and support children as they work with Montessori materials, encouraging independence.
Supervise children during outdoor playtime, transitions, and meals.
Help prepare and refresh classroom materials and daily activities.
Model respectful behavior to support social and emotional development.
