Guidepost Montessori in Mansfield, TX, is hiring an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 0–6. You will help create a calm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

The role emphasizes observing individual needs, maintaining an orderly space, and supporting small-group activities while building warm relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required).

Responsibilities
