Guidepost Montessori Lynnwood is hiring an Assistant Guide to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children from 0-6, helping them develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

As an Assistant Guide, you will prepare engaging spaces, assist with individual and small-group activities, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to foster a calm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
