What do you get to do in this position
  • Be responsible for Production, Logistics, Methods & Maintenance, Technical Antenna functions, (Finance, Human Resources).
  • Define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.
  • Manage the plant operations to achieve KPI targets through action plans and regular reviews.
  • Review monthly action plans with department managers.
  • Deploy and challenge SPS & 6 sigma in all areas of the plant.
  • Organize the missions of the different departments to anticipate or resolve operational manufacturing issues.
  • Build strong local industrial competencies and ensure targeted turnover levels.
  • Ensure the right focus and implementation of EHS action plans.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8 to 10 years in manufacturing management, industrial functions, quality, or logistics.
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience.
