Qualifications

• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and manage treatment plans.
• Perform follow-up visits and coordinate care with physicians and the care team.
• Provide patient education and support throughout the care journey.
