Ohana seeks a Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join our Monterey, California behavioral health team. This hospital position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000–$193,000 plus shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

The role provides assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapy for children and adolescents, collaborating with the Ohana Clinical Team on program development and crisis response.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of experience providing psychological services to children and adolescents in inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health settings.
• Experience with complex behavioral health diagnoses, crisis intervention, and family-centered treatment approaches.
• Administrative, leadership, quality improvement, or behavioral health program development experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and collaborate with clinical professionals.
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization efforts.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contribute to program development and prevention initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and community partners.
• Meet a minimum productivity standard of 25 patient-facing billable hours per week.
