Montblanc is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver high-quality omnichannel service through the e-boutique. This role focuses on client satisfaction, sales growth, and aftersales inquiries, while promoting Montblanc's values and products. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, client relationship development, and operational excellence.

Reports to: Assistant Manager
The Montblanc Brand Ambassador will focus on delivering high-quality omnichannel service (primarily through the e-boutique) that meets the needs and expectations of our clients, including client satisfaction, sales, and aftersales/product care inquiries. This role also serves as a representative of the Maison by promoting Montblanc's values and becoming knowledgeable about its history, products, and marketing initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through corporate gifting, client outreach, and fostering ongoing relationships. Collaboration and initiative in identifying new solutions are key to success.
