Brand Ambassador

Reports to: Assistant Manager

Role Overview

The Montblanc Brand Ambassador will focus on delivering high-quality omnichannel service (primarily through the e-boutique) that meets the needs and expectations of our clients, including client satisfaction, sales, and aftersales/product care inquiries. This role also serves as a representative of the Maison by promoting Montblanc's values and becoming knowledgeable about its history, products, and marketing initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through corporate gifting, client outreach, and fostering ongoing relationships. Collaboration and initiative in identifying new solutions are key to success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Client Satisfaction Excellence
  • Achieve high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional sales and service.
  • Lead a sales-driven ambassador team focused on the full client journey, from engagement to closing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by capturing leads and increasing conversion rates.
  • Achieve individual sales goals, build revenue, and increase average invoice value.
  • Meet conversion rate and NPS goals.
  • Process merchandise orders via phone and website, involving data entry.
  • Become a brand expert through ongoing product knowledge.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, stock, and care.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain coverage across key channels, including emerging formats like SMS and video chat.
  1. Client Relationship Development
  • Collaborate with the Client Relations team to utilize outreach tools and CRM systems for tracking inquiries and building a client database.
  • Create opportunities for follow-up and ongoing engagement to enhance loyalty and repurchase rates.
  1. After Sales and Operational Targets
  • Partner with the After Sales team to ensure product and repair services meet client needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations.
  • Meet KPI and NPS targets related to aftersales.
  • Monitor daily tracking tools and conduct client outreach for low NPS scores.
Qualifications
  • College or technical degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in eCommerce, especially in luxury retail, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce and SAP.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market segment (fashion, jewelry, etc.).
  • High maturity, poise, sound judgment, and change management skills for working with demanding clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn extensive brand and product information.
  • Technical agility and multitasking skills for using multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
