OpenEd is seeking Montana-certified teachers for a part-time, non-traditional teaching role that supports students and families online. You’ll mentor, tutor, and assess progress, with regular synchronous work and collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Hours are 25–27 per week, core hours 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. MT, and pay starts at $25/hour. Remote position with benefits for part-time employees and a monthly tech subsidy.

Qualifications

• Montana teaching certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Access to reliable internet, smartphone, computer, and webcam.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1, small-group, or large-group instruction and feedback.
• Mentor and tutor students enrolled in assigned courses.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support learning.
