Job summary

Monster Energy is growing its Ambassador Team across Latin America. We’re seeking energetic, consumer-focused individuals to represent the brand on the ground, drive trial, and create real moments of connection between fans and Monster.

This role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours at retail and events. Prior promo or field-marketing experience is helpful, and basic Microsoft Office skills round out the profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in promotional sales or field marketing.
• Strong consumer-facing communication skills and a natural ability to engage people.
• High personal standards around appearance, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Comfort working flexible schedules across a variety of retail and event environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate consumer trial of Monster drinks through guerrilla and event-based sampling.
• Communicate core brand messaging and pillars to consumers in the field.
• Support sales efforts through event sampling, merchandising, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain key account relationships and centers of influence.
• Ensure point-of-sale materials are displayed correctly, products stocked, and cold vault standards are met.
• Care for program materials and brand assets with professionalism and precision.
