Job summary

Insight is seeking an Arch II-ScienceLogic specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise monitoring solutions using ScienceLogic SL1 across network, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.

You will develop monitoring policies, alerts, dashboards, and automation workflows, and integrate with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. The role requires hands-on SL1 expertise, scripting skills, and cloud monitoring experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure monitoring, automation, event correlation, and ITSM tool integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with ScienceLogic SL1 platform.
• Experience integrating SL1 with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V and cloud monitoring (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise monitoring solutions using SL1 across network, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Develop and optimize monitoring policies, alerts, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Integrate SL1 with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; collect data via SNMP, WMI, SSH, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot monitoring issues, provide 24x7 rotational support, and ensure platform reliability.
