Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise software platforms, monitoring tools, or data systems.
• Solid, hands-on experience with at least two of the primary platforms: Splunk, Cribl, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Comfortable navigating the command line (CLI), with SQL proficiency and scripting knowledge for data manipulation.
• Experience managing user roles, permissions (RBAC), and access policies within SaaS or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary administrator for our monitoring ecosystem across Splunk, Datadog, Cribl, and Grafana.
• Configure and optimize data pipelines using Cribl and related tools; apply JavaScript to transform data payloads.
• Write SQL and platform-specific queries to build alerts and dashboards for data integrity.
• Troubleshoot agents and manage configurations via Linux CLI for day-to-day maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support logging and metrics needs and onboarding.
