U-Haul in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Monitoring Operator to work in-office with a 1:30pm-10pm schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, off Thursday and Friday. This role involves handling alarms, accessing security cameras for U-Haul centers nationwide, and coordinating with field teams on security matters.

You will also assist customers who become unable to leave a U-Haul property due to gates or elevators and ensure smooth incident responses.

Qualifications

• Experience handling alarms and cameras across multiple sites.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when security matters arise.
• Strong communication skills, phone and in-person.
