Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a Monitoring Analyst in Sacramento, CA to monitor production systems, review alerts, and provide timely reporting to support business decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, strong SQL and Tableau skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment. This contract/full-time position includes shift coverage evenings, overnights, and weekends, with relocation to Sacramento required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in Production Support, Monitoring, Operations, or a related role.
• Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a shift-based environment, including graveyard shifts.
• Willingness to relocate to Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Review, investigate, and escalation system alerts and incidents as needed.
• Analyze system health metrics and identify trends or potential issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Prepare executive-level reports and summaries on system performance and operational health.
• Participate in shift coverage, including evening, overnight, and weekend rotations as required.
