Registration Coordinator needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in Colorado Springs. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. and the UK. The Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians, and staff. Responsibilities include:

  1. Admit patients and process their paperwork.
  2. Update patient demographics/information in the system.
  3. Collect monies due and document in the billing system.
  4. Handle funds per office procedure.
  5. Answer incoming phone calls.

Required Skills:

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
  3. Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
  4. Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
  5. Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
  6. Bilingual preferred.
  7. Good communication skills.
