Job summary

Boone Health is seeking a part-time Telemetry Monitor Technician to support long-term patient monitoring for cardiac arrhythmias. The role focuses on observing, reporting, and documenting cardiac rhythms, and ensuring proper operation of monitoring equipment overnight.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with ECG rhythm interpretation experience preferred. Weekend/holiday rotation is required, and benefits are available.

Overview

Job Summary:

Assists with long term monitoring vital to patient care in the observation of patients with cardiac arrhythmia, suspected arrhythmia, drug intervention per floor with need for observation, and potential of life threatening cardiac events. Initiates first response and responders to at risk patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports and demonstrates the continuous improvements of quality and service.
• Observes, reports, and documents patient's cardiac rhythm.
• Ensures that cardiac monitoring equipment is functioning appropriately.
