Baptist Health in Miami, FL is seeking a Telemetry Monitor Tech to observe patients' cardiac rhythms on telemetry and report dysrhythmias to the appropriate personnel. The position offers an hourly pay range and opportunities for growth within a large health system.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience and Basic Life Support are preferred, along with ECG monitoring training or the ability to complete it within 30 days of hire.

Description

Responsible for the continuous observation of cardiac rhythms on patients requiring telemetry monitoring and reporting of dysrhythmia to the appropriate individual. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.54 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience.

Additional Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support preferred.
• Successful completion of an electrocardiogram course or experience and upon hire successful completion of the electrocardiogram monitoring exam within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills.
