St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ is seeking a part-time patient monitor to continuously observe patients and intervene to ensure safety. You will proactively alert nurses and caregivers from a centralized monitoring station to prevent adverse events. The role is on-site with a night shift schedule.

Job Description

Responsible for continuously monitoring patients and actively responding and intervening to ensure patient safety. Proactively alerts nurses and other caregivers in an effort to prevent adverse events including: patient falls, patient elopement, patient safety, and visitor monitoring from a remote centralized monitoring station.

Qualifications

Requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through the completion of a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
