First Student, Inc. is hiring Part Time School Bus Monitors/Aides for a local district in the Chattanooga area. No previous experience is required; comprehensive safety and training programs are provided.

Responsibilities include helping students board and exit, assisting those with special needs, and ensuring riders stay safely seated while following bus rules. The role offers a sign-on bonus and part-time, flexible schedules.

As a Part Time School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students. You will assist the bus driver in providing an excellent and safe journey for students to and from school.

No experience as a School Bus Monitor is required! We will guide you with our industry-leading safety and training programs.

Your day as a School Bus Monitor/Aide will include:

• Help students safely board and exit the bus.
• Assist children with special needs during transport.
