Assists active and retired Navy and Marine Corps members, and their eligible family members, to achieve financial self-sufficiency. Helps to educate, empower, and partner with clients in implementing the basics of responsible money management.
Active duty or retired Sailors and Marines; Eligible family members with a military ID card; Surviving spouses; Reservists on extended active duty of 30 days or more.
Provides aid to Navy and Marine Corps active duty and retired members, their eligible family members, and survivors in times of emergency or need. Aid may be in the form of interest-free loans, grants, or combinations. Other services include budget counseling, layettes, referrals, and a volunteer training program.
