ResponsibilitiesMeasure and track business performance, ensure financial health of business operations, and develop and optimize monetization processes and policies. Act as the key partner to sales and product leadership teams to drive strategic actions and influence business outcomes. Provide business critical insights using analytics to identify revenue opportunities and translate them into concrete go-to-market levers. Support business planning and policy making, including target setting, forecasting, and business reviews, as well as sales and client incentive policy setting and execution. Facilitate cross-functional alignment of goals and execution and help teams to drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Identify gaps and growth areas in policies, processes and systems and collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement and drive the adoption of solutions, evaluate their effectiveness, and engage in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

QualificationsMust have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;
• Conducting industry and competitor research on marketing science industry trends, competitors' behaviors, and new product solution opportunities to aid leadership to make decisions on product directions;
• Using Excel to analyze quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, to generate business insights and inform future strategy;
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including benchmark analysis, and market and industry research;
• andBuilding data models to project business performance and set business performance goals.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 10%.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161637 - $208800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
