Job summary

Exhava Home Care in California is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support aging adults in their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will help ensure client safety, provide companionship, and assist with essential daily routines, mobility, personal care, and meal assistance.

If you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy working with older adults, and have a genuine heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray as required by regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred/required when applicable.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence.
