A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) seeks a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds trained) to join their long-tenured team.

Position Highlights:

1. Inpatient only with optional outpatient shifts available - If interested, you can maintain your skills in both areas.
2. 4-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off - Home with your family each night!
3. Average census of 2-3 with NO ICU responsibilities.
4. EMR-EPIC.
5. Joining 4 Physicians that have been with the team 15+ years.
6. Ability to pick up ED shifts, if interested, but not required.

Compensation Package Includes:

1. Competitive base salary in the range of $270,000-$300,000 - Negotiable based on skills and experience.
2. Annual retention bonus.
3. Sign-on bonus of $50,000.
4. Relocation up to $20,000.
5. Full comprehensive benefits package including:
1. Paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
2. Retirement with 4% match.
3. 5 Weeks PTO in addition to 4 day workweek - totaling 77 weekdays off annually!
